A 13,000sf office building we sold in 2011 became the new home to a local Sports Advertising business. In the Dutch Mill Business Park adjacent to the UPS Hub, this property was recently sold by others to Tompkins County.

The one-time home of one of Ithaca's most successful restaurants, The Golden Garter. A site we've sold three times over the years, its been a home to Dempseys, Booker's Backyard, and now, Beacon Hill Catering and Event Center. 

A 6000sf building built as the home of a local roofing company, the 2 acre site on Cayuga Vista Drive in Lansing, NY was sold to Al-Huda Islamic Center after being the home to an entertainment and activities center.
